Well my car was taken there to Toyota for a recalled at 7:something am, I was promised to be called within two house but it was the opposite. I had to called at 1:30 or before 2: 00 PM and was told my car was done causing me to be late for work that day. The customer services during my arrival were good.

Very disappointing experience with the service department. My car is under warranty, and I scheduled an oil change. When I arrived, the service advisor never looked up my vehicle or warranty information and simply quoted me a price without explaining what was covered or discussing any recommended maintenance.
When the service was finished, I was only told to pay at the cashier. No one reviewed the work performed or explained anything about my vehicle. My car looked exactly as I had left it, with no visible signs that it had been serviced.
